Services

In the Herrera Oria Residence, you have single room housing in our flats located next to the Barrio del Pilar in Madrid.

All flats are organized separately, but within the Residence surroundings.

The prices include general expenses, such as; (water, electricity and gas), cleaning services, clothe washing and ironing. Internet connection is available and breakfast. Nevertheless, the option for housing only is not usually available, mainly just for short stays or during the summer period.

Residents have kitchen furniture, bathroom accessories and bed sheets. There is also a common room or dinning room with a TV.

The flats are fully furnished, and every room includes all necessary furniture (bed, cupboard, study table, chair and shelves).
