Rules of Conduct

All residents should remember some basic etiquette rules which will facilitate easy living to the other residents. Residents should not to disturb the other guests between the hours of midnight and 8am.

The price of the room does not allow for extra patrons. For example, if you paid for one person, and you would like to have an additional person stay with you, you will need to pay extra for the additional person an receive permission. If permission is given, and your stay is not more than 3 days, the cost for the extra person is 4€ per day. There is also a 4€ fixed price fee for lunch for all guests.

Showers should be taken between 7am and 11:30 am. Please leave the showers in an acceptable state so that they can be cleaned afterwards.
Lunch will be served from 2pm to 3pm and dinner from 9pm to 10 pm. All weekend and holiday meals are prepared.
Monday is laundry day, and your room will be cleaned every Monday,too.
Mail will be distributed at meal time.

In no circumstance should a guest change or replace any furniture inside the rooms without the permission of the management. All decorative objects hung of the walls should be hung without damaging the walls or the furniture.

The dinning room and the swimming-pool are for the exclusive use of the residents. Visitors may use them with the special permission of the management.

Residents who do not abide by the preceding rules may be reprimanded or expelled. Residents who are facing expulsion will be given a 15 day notice prior to being expelled.
If residents should need to leave before their scheduled check-out, please give the management at least 15 days notice.
