Residence fares

AVAILABLE ROOMS FROM JULY OF 2009

WE DO NOT CLOSE IN SUMMER

The Residence Herrera Oria fares are the next ones, according to the chosen regime (available fares till September of 2009):

Full board, 690€/month.
Only housing, 350€/month* (only available in July and August).

The Residende Herrera Oria fares for the next academic course 2009-2010, are the next ones:

Full board, 720€/month.

All fares includes breakfast, cleaning rooms, ironing and washing, Internet and all the power, water and gas charges.

It must be paid a deposit at the beginning of the stay, wich will be refunded at the end of the stay (unless there is damage in the furniture because of an irresponsible use of it).

The monthly payment has to be paid in administration during the first fortnight of the month.
